Job Description:

1. Hands on experience working on Unix commands (VI Editor, commands at advance level (grep etc)), Shell Scripting, Windows Server

2. Excellent debugging skills on Unix shell and database

3. Should have basic troubleshooting and RCA Skills

4. Oracle/PL-SQL experience in support environment

5. Should possess good communication (written, verbal, oral)

6. Willing to work in 24×7

7. Willing to learn newer technologies

8. Initial support and classification of incidents and problems

9. Routing service requests to support groups when incidents are no closed

10. Ownership of the issues; monitoring, tracking and communicating the progress of each issues

11. Perform expert level investigation of customer issues, identifying their root cause, and correcting when possible
